- Construction compliance verification to drawings/specifications
- Initial construction document review
- Owner’s Construction Representative Services
- Provide funding recommendations of contractor invoices to owner, real estate lenders, banks, and investors
- Photos for documentation of progress and critical issues
- Perform field inspections/measurements/monitoring
- Subcontractor aid in critical specialty layouts
ON/OFF-SITE QUALITY CONTROL MONITORING:
- Manage employees/vendors
- Review/monitor/track change orders from the vendors
- Visit vendor site, inspect for quality & quantity, review payment applications and compare to progress for accuracy
